Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to Bystolic withdrawal.

It is necessary to gradually down titrate this drug until stopping it to avoid withdrawal symptoms and rebound tachycardia or high blood pressure.

That is why I would recommend restarting it at the dose of 10 mg and reduce the dose gradually with 2.5 mg every 3 days, until stopping it.

Meanwhile I would recommend to closely monitor your blood pressure and heart rate frequently during the day.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
