Brief Answer: No long term irreversible side effects. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. All the medicines are associated with side effects. The medicines you have been prescribed are essential for your well being and their benefits outweigh the risks in your circumstances. The side effects of these medicines include drowsiness, dizziness, tired feeling; sleep problems (insomnia); mild nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach, dry mouth; vomiting, headache, constipation, increased sweating, joint aches, etc. All these are mild and well tolerated side effects. Increased eye redness (hyperemia); Increased eyelash growth; Itchy eyes are seen with Lumigan. All these side effects do not lead to disability as these are all reversible and they do subside on decreasing the drug doses. Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have. Wishing you good health. Regards. Dr. Rakhi Tayal.
