What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?
Question: I had my last period on 22 sep. I felt abdominal pain and frequent urination and also I missed my period. On 24 October I tested home pregnency kid. It was negative. And I met doctor on 25 October. She recommended me folic acid tablets, progesterone tablets and disoudium hydrogen citrate syrup and she recommended to come for check up after 10 days. Now Last four days I felt dizziness, vomiting, tiredness and frequent urination. Still no periods. On 27 October I again checked home pregency test and again its negative. Then why I'm feeling this symptoms.. Is this because of pregency or side effects of this medicine..

Hi doctor. I always have regular periods. But this month only I missed my periods. And how long I have to take this medicines... Is there any possible for pregnency

Since both pregnancy tests are negative, chances of pregnancy are very less.
It is common to have deranged periods in few cycles so don't worry about that right now.
As you are taking progesterone so after you will stop taking it there will be withdrawal of periods in 2-3 days.
But in case this pattern recurrs in next cycle also then get an ultrasound done along with thyroid hormone levels and prolactin levels.
