Brief Answer:
What medications are you on at this time?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. Sincerely, your TSH is well within the normal range and not the least suggestive of a possible thyroid disorder. I will rather want to think you have anxiety and unfortunately that has not been diagnosed/managed appropriately. I will like that you report your drugs to me. I will review and see whether they are okay or something more can be done. Also, for how long have you been having these symptoms?

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

I am not taking any medications (drugs) for anxiety. and my Dr. does not know where to do as she has tried so many on me.
I understand that there is new levels for thyroid issues... here is a quote.
from the XXXXXXX Association of Clinical Endocrinologists Said
"AACE encourages doctors to consider treatment for patients who test outside the boundaries of a narrower margin based on a target TSH level of 0.3 to 3.0. AACE believes the new range will result in proper diagnosis for millions of Americans who suffer from a mild thyroid disorder, but have gone untreated until now."

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

With your symptoms of anxiety, this pushes more in favor of hyperthyroidism. This means that we should put you on drugs to suppress the thyroid hormone production. I think this will not be the best of approaches at this time. I will rather suggest that we treat appropriate for anxiety than suppressing the thyroid hormone. If you are so concerned about this, I will suggest that we do a full blown thyroid evaluation with T4 and T3 levels and also consider thyroid scans as well. This will provide the finest details needed to make the best decisions.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me on this.
