Tiredness, Irregular Periods, Brittle Nails And Hair, TSH Levels Normal. Any Medications So As To Conceive ?

Hi, I am a 31 year old female and am a little worried about thyroid levels in body.
My report shows TSH level of 3.57
T3 serum 3.27 and T4 1.12
My doctor told me these are normal but I even have thyroid symptoms, I get tired very fast, irregular periods and brittle nails and hair. I am more worried about these coz I want to conceive and from what ever I have searched the apt levels for TSH is under 2 ideally. Do u think I should take any medication for this die changes??

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
Please do not worry about your thyroid levels as they are in normal range. If you have any symptoms the test can be repeated after some time.
Your symptoms could be due to various other disease like Anemia or other hormone imbalance.
Please consult Infertility specialist and Endocrinologist to find out exact cause for your illness and infertility and once cause is detected it can be treated accordingly.
Please do not take any medicine by yourself as it may be harmful so take proper prescription and follow the treatment as advised by your doctor.
There are many causes of inability to conceive certain from your side and some are from your partner side so both should seek medical help.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
Good Luck.
