Brief Answer:
You are mostly having GERD related symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.

In my opinion, you are mostly having GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of chest pain, bloating, gaseous distention etc.
It causes micro aspiration in lungs and this can cause breathing difficulty.
And this can cause bronchitis.
So we need time first diagnose bronchitis and treat GERD in your case.

So please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)?
2. Do you have breathlessness or breathing on exertion?

Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

I can understand your concern.

Stress is the risk factor for GERD.
So stress management is very important in your case.

Along with proton pump inhibitors, prokinetic drug will be more helpful in your case.
Combination of proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs is available.
You are also slightly overweight. And obesity is also a risk factor for GERD. So loose some weight.

Please reply me -

1. Have you ever tried prokinetic drugs?
2. Are you following any strict diet plan?

Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
