Brief Answer:
Can be peptic ulcers.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your question in detail and i appreciate your concerns.

As per your query most likely you are having a peptic ulcer. It is a sore that's on the inside of the stomach lining (gastric) or the upper part of the small intestine (duodenal). Most common cause of peptic ulcers include infection from a bacteria called H. pylori. This bacteria destroys the mucusa that protects the lining of your stomach and the first part of your small intestine (the duodenum). Stomach acid then gets through to the lining and causes sores and ulcers.Waking up at night with stomach pain is classical symptom of duodenal ulcers. As the acid stimulates mucosa of intestines autonomous nervous system is activated causing palpitations.

Investigation suggested-
Endoscopy-To rule out possible ulcers.

Rx
Take combination of pantoprazole with domperidon.
Sucralfate 1 gram can be added to the regimen four times a day once its clear that there are ulcers(Its a ulcer healing agent).

Follow up with endoscopy report.
Thanks.
