Brief Answer:
I will suggest you monitor only for now!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information and the attached pictures. This information put together doesn’t raise concerns for any specific disease conditions. I am sure this is quite unlikely to represent any ongoing disease process. My thinking is that this is a transient observation that requires no attention and poses no real threat to good health. I will suggest that you stay calm and monitor only. We may only get aggressive if it becomes more severe and more frequent. As of now, there is no major reason to get worried.

I hope this is guiding and reassuring. Let me know if there are any further worries you want me to further comment on at this time.

Good to know. Thank you!
If I may ask one more Doctor,

About a year and a half ago, I woke one day with this incredible lightheadedness; I don't mean vertigo, because the room doesn't spin. I mean it's like a cloudiness or painless pressure in my head that takes away my ability to think straight. It almost feels like there's a fog in my head. This comes and goes by months at a time (about 7-8 months ago was when I had this), now it's coming back. The ENT didn't see anything immediately abnormal and I had a ct of my skull about 7 months ago, and it was fine.

Does this sound more like a physical illness or anxiety?

Brief Answer:
Could have been related to low fluid intake!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Early morning mild/annoying headache is often related to poor hydration. This often happen in hot and dry climates when we fail to drink much water. We may also sweat much at night such that we wake up and experience these symptoms.

I suggest that you relax, drink much and if this ever occurs again, immediately report to me for review and action.

I wish you well.
