Brief Answer:
It could be a Anal fissure

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
The burning pain you are describing can happen due to many reasons, the first and foremost is anal fissure or a small tear inside the mucous lining of the area where you pass motion.
That could happen either due to severe constipation or diarrhoea.
If you have either of these please get it treated.
The second common cause is haemorrhoids or piles.
I would suggest you to get yourself evaluated by a surgeon.
Meanwhile for relief of symptoms please sit in a tub of warm water atleast three to four times a day.
Hope this helps
Best wishes
