Brief Answer:
Likely to be a drug reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Azo is phenazopyridine which has a known side effect of causing rashes and itching on the skin.
Since you developed bumps over vagina within30 minutes of taking azo, it is most likely due to the drug reaction.
Urinary tract infection usually do not causes such rashes around vagina.
I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist to get examined properly and treated accordingly.
