Brief Answer:
You are unlikely to be pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear XXXXXXX

Unwanted 72 is quite effective in preventing pregnancy especially if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
The pill if taken immediately preceding the expected period may cause some disturbance in duration and character of bleeding. Do not worry you are unlikely to be pregnant, also 1 week prior to expected period is considered as safe period too.

Take Care
