VHello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have painless gross hematuria .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like frequency, urgency, poor stream etc ?
gross hematuria at this age is mostly due to one of the following conditions
1) Enlarged Prostate
2) Cancer of the bladder.
3) Tumor in kidney.
4) Coagulation profile .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and Digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done under his guidance to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and urine culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
3) Serum PSA.
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy),

He may ask for CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis depending upon the findings of these test.

In the mean while take plenty of fluids .
