Brief Answer:
Need to consult a doctor and get examined.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your problem and understand your concern.

There are many conditions which might cause the symptoms you are having.
If I were your treating doctor I would first try to exclude the most common reasons that include:

-Anemia (low red blood cells and low hemoglobin). The diagnose is excluded by doing a complete blood test.If your RBC and Hemoglobin are in normal range you don't have anemia.
-Hypoglicemia or Diabetes. To confirm this you should test your blood sugar.
-Measure your blood pressure.Normal range of blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg.
Both high and low blood pressure can cause dizziness.

If your blood tests result normal and the above possibilities are excluded I would think other possible causes such as:

-Inner ear disorders
-Chronic subjective dizziness. This is a specific clinical syndrome characterized by persistent nonspecific dizziness that doesn't have an obvious medical cause.
-Neurological disorders.

Since you over one month with these symptoms so I suggest to consult a physician and get examined, get the tests done in order to sort out the right cause and take the right treatment.

Hope my answer has helped.
If you have any other question please feel free to write me,I will be happy to help.

Take care.
