Hello,
I am Dr. Yogesh here .
You seem to have a problem uploading the reports of CT scan, I would like you to kindly scan the report and attach the reports using the option "Upload reports" on the right hand side of your dashboard/inbox, once you upload the reports we will send this query to an appropriate specialist of your choice.
I would also request you to kindly elaborate about your symptoms, like since how long you have this pain in the abdomen and describe the pain as well. It would also help the doctor understand your problem better if you could also tell the exact location of the pain, like is it in the center upper abdomen, or upper abdomen but on right or left side just below the ribs, etc, please give as many details about your problem as possible so that the doctor answering your question can help you better.
I would also like you to include details about your food habits, and if these food habits have any relation with the pain you are experiencing.

HI
MY LEFT ABDOMEN PAIN IS ABOUT 3 TO 4 MONTH RECENTLY BUT PAIN IS NOT HARD IT'S A NORMAL PAIN TO MY LEFT ABDOMEN (CENTER ).
Brief Answer:
Your Ct scan report is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Thanks for writing back with details.
I have gone through your CT scan report, and the report says that you have no problem.
Based on your symptoms I thing you have mild gastritis, it is not serious, so please don't worry.
You can take a combination of PPI (Proton pump inhibitors) like Pantoprazole along with Domperidone, there are many brands available like Omez-D, you can take Omez-D two capsules two times a day, half an hours before food for 10 days, I am sure this will help you with the pain.
Some other important things to remember to avoid this kind of pain and gastritis are.
1. Eat at regular fixed times.
2. Eat frequent and small meals.
3. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
4. Avoid fried foods and junk foods.
5. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
6. Exercise regularly.
If you don't see any improvement in your symptoms after 10 days, you should consult a general surgeon or a gastroenterologist to look for other reasons for pain, like chronic and mild pancreatitis.
I hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask if you have any doubts.
Kind regards.
