Brief Answer: Aspirin and heparin throughout the pregnancy Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for the query. Unexplained second and third trimester fetal losses can be seen in women with APLA syndrome. And treatment with aspirin and heparin can reduce the fetal loss to some extent. But for better fetal outcome, continuing aspirin and heparin throughout the pregnancy is recommended . Reference : WWW.WWWW.WW So, when you plan for next pregnancy, continue with regular antenatal checkups and ultrasound examinations. And use aspirin and heparin throughout the pregnancy with your doctor's advice. In case of any maternal and fetal complications, early delivery can be planned. Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the answer, please give your review at the end of the discussion. Take care.
