Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before prescribing management and treatment do let me know about following concerns:

1. Is it focal, segmental or generalized vitiligo?
2. Since it is an Autoimmune disorder, are other disorders like thyroid, alopecia, lupus, pernicious anemia ruled out.?
3. Exposure to any chemicals? ( particularly photography)
4. Have you seen a Dermatologist for examination. If yes what was his/her opinion and what investigation were carried out. ?
5. What are the symptoms you currently facing?
. slowly progressive rash with itching or
. white patches have suddenly appear all over.

Do revert back for further necessary consideration and assistance.

No co-morbid ailments. Very slow progression. appeared in finger tips now slowly coming up. no itching no rashes. Now appeared in legs also. Now appeared in lips as well. No exposure to any chemicals or photography. taken homeapathic treatment for one year, with out much result..

A. Dietary Regime

Do's ( Pathya): take old brown rice,barley, neem,potatoes,honey,garlic,pomegranate, bath, expose affected area to early morning sunray,old ghee.

Don't (Apathya): black gram,radish,newly harvested rice,milk,white sesame seeds, salt,sour,jaggery,alcohol,day time sleeping, heavy/cold/oily food, opposite food, mental exertion.

B. Management

. Copper Water to be taken regularly
. Lemon, oranges, mangoes, grapes, apple, papaya, sugarcane, guava, to ne avoided strictly
. No use of perfume,Deo, or agarbatti should be there.
. Soyabean,Methi are rich sources of copper, so should be eaten in more amount
. Bottle gourd to be eaten daily
. Mix white onion seeds powder in white onion juice and apply it for 3 months.

3.Treatment

You can ask for prescription medicines like Pigmento,Visora,Sutone (tablet and cream) or if interested in taking classical medicines I can courier you the same.

1. Although there is no established relation between non vegetarian diet and vitiligo but you should have them in moderation.

i. Eggs once a week.
ii. Avoid red meat,fish,beef.

2. Since it is an Autoimmune disorder thus one should know that two factors which is/are important in management of vitiligo are treatment of
. disturbed immune system and
. stress, thus along with medicine prescribed earlier one should include Rasayan Chikitsa [ Immunomodulation] and XXXXXXX Chikitsa [ anti stress medicine]
