Brief Answer: IUI Detailed Answer: Hi The doctor has given you maximum dose of medicines which is fine. But the chances of pregnancy in each cycle is normally about 4 to 8 percent only. Hence if you have tried 3 cycles naturally as mentioned above the next step would be to get IUI done. Meanwhile get semen analysis of your husband done to see if there are any age related changes. The drugs will leave body in a month. Dont worry about it. If you have any IVF centre near your place get evaluation done there. Let me know if you have any more questions. Psychologically is too painful for me. I didn't want to wait for so long for start trying for 2nd child. My husband was too adamant. After trying for 6 months when we did not conceive , and me undergoing all tests , my husband agreed for a sperm test. the count was very low 20 million/m and he was on medication. I am too frustrated by all this. I feel like committing suicide. There is no ease for my pain and the things are getting worser day by day. The first delivery was a C Section. I conceived next in XXXXXXX 2013 , and that ended in a miscarriage after 5 weeks. Had to do a D&C. Second time conceived in may 2013 and fetal heart beat was seen at 6-7 weeks. Brief Answer: There is time Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX Please don't get depressed. After cesarean we advice 2 years gap for all patients before next pregnancy. Therefore it is not a problem to repent. It was good to give gap for your health. Good news is that you have conceived once and again aborted which means you will conceive again. Its just a matter of time. Now you are trying naturally with medicines which is good. Next step is IUI. You try another natural cycle with follicular growth scan preferably in an IVF centre. They will monitor and give proper care. If you conceive they will start appropriate injections to prevent abortion again. So there are good chances of conceiving again. Just relax and pray. Regards

I have had regular cycles of 28 days. First delivery was C section. I got pregnant in XXXXXXX 2013 which ended in early miscarriage (6 weeks) . Second time got pregnant in May 2013, which had to be aborted as it was ceasarean scar pregnancy. I did a folicular study in april 2013 and found to be ovulating on day 14. We started trying again since Nov 13. 2 cylces tried naturally , no luck. Hence Doctor doctor has put me on fertility treatment now. She prescribed clomid 50 mg twice per day from Day3-7. She did a scan on 8th day and endometrium was thinned (L 11mm , R-14,13 mm , 4mm endometrium). She put me on Progynova for 7 days. Scan on 14th day showed 9mm thinckness and 23mm follicle. No ovulation. She have HCG trigger and asked to come for scan on day 17. She scanned and said ovulation has happened. Prescribed - Duphastan 10mg twice , susten 400mg , CoQ 30mg, ARG-9 for 10-15 days. asked to do a hpt afetr 14 days. I did and test was negative. The last susten I took was on 21st XXXXXXX 2014. I started spotting thursday afternoon and almost 2 days later bleeding started. had so many medicines , still it didnt work ..:( I am sort of not comfortable taking so much medicine. What would you advice? is the clomid dosage fine? I heard people start wiuth 50mg a day . Is this the correct treatment ? I face lot of sperm leakage after intercourse. Is there any option to prevent leakage. When you say "You try another natural cycle with follicular growth scan preferably in an IVF centre. " , do you mean I can stop taking these medicines this cycle. Could you please let me know if I should continue the traet ment with the same doctor ?
