Have Irregular Periods. Struggling Hard To Get Pregnant. Advised To Take Progynova And Dexorange. What To Do?

For what purpose is Dexorange capsules used. My doctor prescribed me to take one capsule of Dexorange a day. I am 44 years old. I have irregular periods and for last 4 months i have no periods. I am still got no parentage. I am struggling hard for almost 10 years to get pregnant, but of no use. My doctor has also prescribed Progynova tablets 2 in a day for getting periods. Alongwith it she has asked me to take dexorange tablet also. Please give me the answer.

Dear Mam,

We understand your worries.

However, at age off 44, mam, its hard rather very hard to get pregnant. Because its time for menopause. And in case, you even get pregnant, you will be a high risk case.

I advise you to consider adopting a child.

Dexorange is an iron, folic acid and other trace element supplement, used mainly to treat anemia.
Your doctor might have found you anemic.
