Question: sir my age is 28 years. I am suffering with unknown disease for the past 12 years. The symptoms are feeling very coldish inside all my muscles and becoming very weak. all my bone joints are rubbing against each other. Heavy vomtings. unable to walk a long distance. even i cant lift my both hands for a minute. bcoz lot of pain in joints and muscles are not supporting. I am also feeling poison inside the muscles and stomach which causing heavy vomtings. several types of blood tests were done, MRI, XRAYS, ULTRASOUND lot of tests are done. But all the results shows nothing abnormality. I am thinking may be i am at the last stage of life. All the above symptoms are due to the stupid thing i had done at my age of 16.

when i was urinating in cattle shed, suddenly a calf tried to suckles my penis and i allowed to suckle and also i got ejacuated. i did this two more times at that age. I dont know about STD's in that age. i am thinking some unknown virus entered my body through that stupid thing and till to date the infection is still alive and making my muscular system very weak. I am feeling I am at the last sate of my life. I cant bear these pains, vomtings, sleepness.

please suggest me what test to do to find that infection. whether it is cured through antibiotics. One of the doctor suggested Tissue Fluid Culture test. i did nt told the incident to any doctor bcoz of feeling shame. please help me in a good way

Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the attachments.

Your investigations seem normal.

The kind of physucak act that you mentioned in your query I don't think that there is a risk of acquiring any STD from it.

I would like to explore other possibilities like Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Malignancy etc. I also suggest you to take a blood test for HIV. Apart from genealised weakness, do you have a history of significant weight loss? Do you have a history of fever?

You need to visit a physician who would do a detailed examination including measuring temperature, your pulse, BP, check for enlarged lymph nodes, do a throat examination, auscultation etc. In ddition to the lab tests that you had undergone already i would also suggest include thyroid screening, screening for blood sugar, pcr for mycobacteria.

I would specifically like to know whether are you sexually active? If yes, do you have single or multiple sexual partners?

Regards

I do not have AIDS sir. I am sexually active. I have one sexual partner. Can i treat i do not have any viral infection based on all my lab reports. Even though all the results shows favour to me, i am feeling sick inside. How can i find that unknoun abnormality. One of the doctor advised fluid tissue culture test. Will it be helpful to me in finding my abnormality. Or any muscle biopsy needed to find infections inside the muscular system. I cant bear this pain. So i am thinking to ask an orthopaedic surgeon to open any of my joint and see a deep look directly why the joints are rubbing each other and to find any tissues problem inside. Will this method finds any solution to my abnormality. Please suggest

Brief Answer:
Connective tissue disorders should also be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Connective tissue disorders e.g dermatomyositis, polymyositis, mixed connective tisue disorders etc should also be considered because muscle weakness, inability to lift hands, joint pains etc point towards this possibility.
Therefore in my view you should also undergo a screening for ANA, RF, levels of muscle enzyme and probably also muscle biopsy would be diagnositically helpful in your case.
