Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your wife should be taking Tablet Doxinate - OD twice a day with Tablet Folvite one daily.
If she still has vomiting, then she needs to add Tablet Emset ( 4 mg ) three times a day.
If still vomiting persists, then she has to get admitted for intravenous treatment.
The tests to be done are -
CBC
TSH
HBA1C
Hemoglobin electophoresis
OGTT
Urine Routine microscopy
HIV
Hepatitis B
HCV

Ultrasound scan should be done and if it is normal, then she can work and travel with due precautions.
Rest, avoid jerks, take atleast 3 litres fluid daily.
Avoid eating or drinking outside.
Vomiting is normal for first 3 months, and she will feel better after one more month.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.

I think I clearly answered your doubt regarding the travel part.
I will again repeat.
Please get an ultrasound scan done and if everything is normal, she can continue to work and travel with the due precautions which I also told you about.
She can work as long as she feels comfortable and if her doctor detects no complications.
Many women work until the day they deliver.
It all depends on her stamina and how the pregnancy proceeds.
Right now she can work if there are no complications.
Of course 50 km travel is not advisable after eighth month.
All the best.
