Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose, Congestion, Severe Headache And Sore Neck

Question: Stuffy nose/congestion. Clear discharge. Took 1 Nyquil. But have raging headache. Soreness all the way into my neck. Can I take any ibuprofen or Excedrin migraine in addition to the Nyquil? Do not want to take too much acetametaphin.

Stuffed nose with headache and neck ache, suggest possibility of viral infection.
Take ibuprofen or combination of ibuprofen with acetaminophen, particularly if you get fever as well.

Take rest, drink adequate water, eat well, soups can help early recovery and avoid any undue physical activity or extreme weathers.
