Suggest Treatment For Shivering Finger Due To Wellbutrim
Question: Hello Doctor
Switching to 300 mg wellbutrim brought low energy levels.
I gave it a 2 weeks time to see what happens.
So I am back on 300 mg + 150 mg plus.
I am fine.
It seems finger shivering is corrobarated with this 450 dose.
The shivering is felt in some movements.
Is there a dose between 300 and 450 ?
Thanks doctor

Brief Answer:
Adding just 75 mg may help.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Yes, there is a dose between 300 and 450 mg of bupropion. Bupropion is also available in 75 mg SR (sustained release) preparation. I expect that 375 mg would be more tolerable.
As mentioned earlier, I again wish to reiterate that splitting tablets is not a good idea. If you are still taking the extra 150 mg by splitting the 300 mg tab, it is even possible that just taking 150 g XL whole tab may not be associated with the tremors.
Hope this helps you.
Best wishes.
