Brief Answer:
Looks like cherry angiomas,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic,

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be cherry angiomas.
These are benign vascular growths of the skin.
No need to worry.
You can leave them as such or consult a dermatologist get them removed with radiofrequency ablation or laser treatment.

Brief Answer:
Can go for capsule doxycycline

Detailed Answer:
Have you tried capsule doxycycline ?
Which topical medicines you have used?
Sotret or isotretinoin is definitely a better option for the treatment of oily skin and severe acne but results with doxycycline are also good.
You can take capsule doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 3-4 months but under a doctor's supervision.
