Brief Answer:
Seems heat rash.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

It seems to be heat rash (Miliaria rubra) or allergic hives.

Most cases of heat rash will go away on their own. Here’s what you can do to halt your heat rash symptoms and protect your skin:

I would advice you to bath twice (cold water) with antiseptic soap.

Cool off. Stop sweating by removing clothing layers, seeking the shade or an air-conditioned space.

Drink juices and good amount of water (minimum 4 to 5 liters daily).

Do not use oral steroid as you may develop side effects of oral steroids.

Wear cotton clothing and loose fitting dress at night. Stay in well ventilated place.

Use calamine lotion or cream, and continue using steroid cream on affected area as it may take 4 to 5 days to subside.

Water based sun-cream is recommended while going into the sunlight.

Do not scratch the rashes as heat rash can also lead to secondary skin infections, especially if you scratch the bumps.

Watch out for these symptoms like fever or chills, swollen glands, pus and increased swelling. If the rash doesn't clear within several days, see a doctor.

Regards,
