Brief Answer:
Examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to healthcare magic.

You need get examined by a gynecologist to check if your vagina has fallen ( prolapse of uterus).

The mass you are feeling is not bone but probably muscle tissue.

It can be treated depending upon degree of prolapse.
