Question: my wife is taking LYRICA and panadeine forte for neck and back pains due to nerve compression caused by a bulged cervical disc..!! And can she take AMOXYCILLIN 875mg/125mg and METRONIDE 400 mg with lyrica and panadeine forte....?? as the antibiotics and metronide have been prescribed by a dentist for her gum problems..!! thank you doctor..!!

There are no serious interactions between Lyrica, Amoxicillin and Metronidazole. Similarly there are no serious interactions between Panadeine forte, Amoxicillin and Metronidazole too. So your wife could use these medicaments together. Anyway, effects of drugs are always individual, so if you or your wife notice any new health concerns after starting these drugs, there is need to report them to your wife's treating Doctor or Pharmacist.
