Question: what antibiotic for a broken rotten tooth under the gum. maybe something I could get at pharmacy since I can't see dentist for 3 days

You would not be dispensed with antibiotic without prescription from local dentist. The pharmacy would not dispense.
Usually Amoxycillin and Metronidazole would be given for the dental infections.
