Hello

Thanks for query

Swelling in the region of right collar bone may be due to many reasons.
First we have to confirm about bony origin of the swelling. If it is bony, then X-ray of the right clavicle bone should be taken.Proper history should be taken, weather it is painful or not ,duration of swelling and history of trauma.

If it is in soft tissue ,then it may be due to enlarged glands, may be due to infection also.
so, your son should be properly examined by a pediatrician

Take care
