Brief Answer:
it might be gastritis or GI

Detailed Answer:

Hello dear,welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand your concern.

In my opinion the vomitings might be due to
gastritis or any gastrointestinal infection (GI)or UTI.

If there are any associated features like fever, pain abdomen or loose motions then mostly it might be gastrointestinal infection.

If there are any associated lion pain with or without fever and urinary symptoms it might be urinary tract infection(UTI).

In gastritis there will be vomitings associated with epigastric pain and bloating feeling.

In GI or UTI you might need a course of antibiotics and they will subside.

Dont worry. But there might be need to do urine examination to rule out UTI.And complete blood counts to rule out any other infection.

Gastritis needs antacids and higher medicines if not subsiding.

Avoid spicy diet.Take plenty of fluids upto 3 litres to avoid dehydration.Take fruit juices without sugar and electrol powder.

As the tubectomy was done long before and
you have got the period the chance of pregnancy is rare.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
