Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
Mite infestation of the eyelids presents with severe itching usually in the morning and they present with presence of eggs of the mites along the eyelashes.

The treatment we routinely advice is mechanical removal of the mites and the eggs of the mites from the eyelashes. This needs to be done by a ophthalmologist or by a optometrist.
At home you can try using lid scrubs which are available commercially or you can use baby shampoo preparation. Apply it to the eyelids and wait for sometime and then scrub the eyelashes thoroughly. This needs to be repeated for 3- 4 weeks.
Along with lid scrubs use of antibiotic eye ointment will be helpful.
Along with these I usually prescribe tea tree ointment 5% to prevent re-infestation.
Hence try to get your doctors appointment at the earliest so that the mites can be removed mechanically. In the mean time you can try lid scrubs and antibiotic eye ointment as I have explained.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
