Brief Answer:
Normal findings, nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
Okay, I have gone through the reports uploaded.
First is the bulky uterus.
This is a normal finding in some women, particularly those who have been pregnant and have had childbirth.
A small haemorrhagic cyst is a part of the normal spectrum.
Each month, the ovary releases one egg follicle, which ruptures ( ovulation ).
Sometimes, there is small amount of internal bleeding in this egg follicle, which results in a haemorrhagic cyst.
This will disappear on its own in a couple of cycles.
Mild free fluid is also normal and might sometimes indicate infection.
Painkillers and antibiotics might be taken for a few days to relieve you.
But there is nothing major to worry about in this report.

Thank you very much Doctor for prompt reply,
One more clarification. Why this is happened, is it because of any food habit or it is common for women. Any additional care to be taken, the prescription given by our Doctor is mentioned for your reference. Our doctor advised to continue the tablet for a period of 14 days

1. Flagyl 400 - 2/day

2. Doxycyline and lactic acid Bacilcy - 2/day

3. Ranitap 150 - 2/day

4. Cycloofam MF - 2/day for pain (3 days only)

as of now we have completed the prescription for 10 days and still mild abdonimal pain continue.

Any further recommendation. Request your advice please

Brief Answer:
Finish the course, you will see an improvement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
No, it is not because of any food habit.
It might be a mild infection.
Please finish the course, and you should see an improvement definitely.
You should also get a vaginal swab and culture done, if you are experiencing any kind of vaginal discharge, burning, itching or redness.
Otherwise please finish the treatment, and let me know how you feel.
Take simple home made food and lots of dahi / yoghurt.
