Question: Hi I have a bulging disc on my lower back that is pressing on the nerve on my leg causing pain.. I'm starting to feel numbness on my leg should I go to the ER because of the numbness or should I wait for my Dr's appt with the orthopedic on Tuesday?

Avoid forward bending, lifting weights. You can take pain killer and muscle relaxant combination prescribed by your doctor for pain relief like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside twice a day. You can put hot water bottle to the painful areas for relief from muscle spasm.
