Brief Answer:
use the shampoo on regular basis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Dandruff is such a problem of skin that can be controlled but cannot be completely cured. It is otherwise known as Seborrhoeic capitis if only scalp is involved. If it involves skin also like face, sides of nose, back of ears, upper chest then the entity is known as seborrhoeic dermatitis.
In such cases, I prefer to advise shampoo containing ketoconazole like Scalpe shampoo to my patients. Triatop that you have been using is also a good one.
The method of use is that it should be applied over scalp and leave it for 4-5 minutes before you wash it off.
use it on alternate day basis til dandruff is present. Once it improves, make it once or twice a week . Do use it once in 15 days even when dandruff is gone.
This keeps dandruff under control.
For face, I prefer to advise topical cream containing clobetasone and miconazole for 3-4 days.
Avoid hair oil application.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Take care.

shampoo does not cause hair fall

Shampoo never results in excess hair fall.
Regular shedding of 100-150hair per day is absolutely normal.
