Brief Answer:
Seems to be eczema, topical steroid, antihistaminic & moisturising cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be eczema.
It can be due to pollens in the air, allergy to nail paint, eyeliner, mascara, certain eyedrops or sometimes endogenous in nature.
I would recommend you to apply apply topical steroid like clobetasone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for 7-10 days.
Also apply a good moisturising cream like cetaphil moisturising cream on the entire face 2-3 times in a day.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Hi
I don't use nail polish nor mascara. I m low on make-up. Also it's really itchy but no swelling or tears. Should I meet a skin specialist.
Also regarding the red bumps which appear while eat something sweet or butter, wat could be the reason.

Brief Answer:
Bumps seem to be urticaria, consult a skin specialist

Detailed Answer:
The bumps which appear while eating sweet and bitter foods seems to be urticaria which is an allergic reaction.
I would recommend you to consult a skin specialist for both of your problems.
