Brief Answer:
Pityriasis XXXXXXX topical steroid & moisturising cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph.
She seems to be having pityriasis XXXXXXX which is a type of eczema very common in children .
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a mild steroid like clobetasone cream or hydrocortisone cream on the white spot twice daily along with application of a moisturising cream on the entire face twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
This should subside it.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
