Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having PCOD

Question: Hi doc i was diagonsed by pcod i think when my periods had started(at the early age of 12) becoze from that time my periods was not regular .so after that i went to one dr he gave me krisom 35(1 month) after that my periods for so many months got regular again that same problem had happened again irrgular periods again i went to one XXXXXXX she told to go for thyroid test and the result was postive and again he gave me krisom 35 (2 month) and with that she told me to take thyroid tablets (2012) from that time iam taking 50 mcg of thyroid tablet now i am married and again the problem is same irregular periods again i went to one XXXXXXX she told me to went for ultersound and again in that its showed pcod she told me to take krisom 35 (3 months )and with that she told me siphene from day 2 of menses and with that she gave me ovacare forte becoze we are planning for baby i want to know is it ok if i take the tablets ovacare forte and krisom 35 after that immendiatly i can go pregency and definetly that i will get pregent and the second thing that baby will get any abnormalities i want to know that becoze i am very much worried about all these thing becoze that (siphene from day 2 of menses) i didnt take that medicine becoze i want to natrually please suggest me what should i do should i go natural pregency or treatment

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Since you have PCOS, there can be problems in conceiving.
One cannot conceive if one is taking krimson 35 because it is a contraceptive pill.
Ovacare is given for correcting the hormonal imbalance in PCOS.
You can conceive on ovacare.
Siphene is given for ovulation induction and is given in PCOS patients to increase the chances of conception.
It is advisable to take siphene if one is unable to conceive naturally for 6 months.

Now i stop taking krisom from 7 XXXXXXX 2017 now i want to know that this month (june i can go for conceving) i want know from this krisom 35 is there any effect in my pregency or any effect for my baby now i am taking ovecare is there any possiblities of abnormal child or if i take siphene with that any possiblities of abnormal child becoze my main concern is that only plzzz dr u just mention that thing in ur answer. Shall i go for natural process for conceving becoze we are trying for the first time for the first baby from last answer i only come to know that i can concive from overcare but what i asked i didnt get that answer so in this i again asked my query hopefully you we will reslove all my queries and i got married 2 year back and i want to know is there any side effect of krisom siphene overcare forte please mention that thing also

No, there are absolutely no anomalies and abnormalities in the baby due to krimson 35 taken in the past or siphene taken for the ovulation induction and conception in that cycle.
You can go natural conception.
