Question: Hi Doctor, I feel giddy most of the day, checked my BP its says its normal. I have thyroid, and on medication, last checked 3 months ago was on the boarder line 4.75. Not sure why I feel giddy and tired the whole day

I can understand your concern.
Get done thyroid function tests again and continue your thyroid medication with 50 mg if it is in control.
Get done blood sugar level and routine blood test CBC.
If any variation in the blood sugar level may cause giddiness.
Decrease in the hemoglobin level leads tiredness.
Have healthy diet like fresh vegetables and fruits.
Take iron and calcium supplements daily
Drink milk daily twice with protein powder
You can take multivitamin supplements.
Take proper rest
Sleep atleast 7-8 hours daily
