Brief Answer:
Proper arousal and foreplay will help you overcome premature ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through your complaint. Since the urologist has already ruled out an enlarged prostate as a possible cause, and has already presumptively treated you for urinary tract infection as well, he has already ruled out the most important possibilities.

Let me approach the problem by breaking it into two parts. The first is premature ejaculation. Please detail on it. Please mention if you are sexually active and if so, what is the frequency of sexual intercourse that you have. The key to prevent premature ejaculation is proper arousal. If that can be reached, things will go fine. You need to indulge in prolonged foreplay.

The next part of the problem - frequent urination. I would ask you how much water you drink per day and the frequency of passage of urine over 24 hours.

Reflect back to me with the requested details and I will guide you further.

Regards

It's common that whether I'm drinking water or no but I have to go for urination frequently. My Dr. already suggest me to drink less water and coffee but still there is no improvement. And one more thing regarding ejaculation whenever I'm getting erection during that time I feel like it's full of water inside my penis and I have to for urination.

Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back although you did not answer half the questions I had asked.

I would insist you not to worry about the urinary frequency. If the ultrasound does not show any residual urine it means that urine is being produced and hence you need to void it. So, its just a normal process. You need not worry about it despite the apparently high frequency.

It seems that you are not sexually active. In such a case you need not worry about premature ejaculation. Things are different when you involve in real sex. I understand the 'full of water' sensation. That is because the penis is engorged with blood. It is normal and not a cause for concern.
