Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to note your bothersome symptoms.

They are extremely unlikely due to a thyroid problem. This is because your thyroid blood tests in the attached report look quite normal.

Other potential causes for your symptoms need to be explored.

When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your 3 month glucose average)
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
25 hydroxy Vitamin D

None of these tests require any fasting and can be done at any time of the day

You say my thyroid results look normal, yet i habe high antibodies (TPO) and my FT3/4 ratio is low. I have had the other bloods and my CRP is raised. Please explain why my symptoms are not thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Your attached laboratory shows normal thyroid autoantibody levels. The FT3/4 ratio is also normal.

There are several reasons for CRP to rise. One of them is infection in the body. You should get checked out for this possibility.

Your symptoms cannot be attributed to thyroid conditions when the entire set of thyroid labs are normal.
