Detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The fibroids you have mentioned are small in size, and the increased duration of menstrual bleeding is due to submucosal fibroid. Exterior ones do not affect menstruation. Such small fibroids are initially managed by medications like tranexemic acid, mefenamic acid or hormones like progesterone, ormeloxifene (Sevista). If no relief is there, then one can go for surgery.
I would suggest her to take Sevista as advised and assess the improvement. Further decision should be taken on the extent of relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma.
