Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/34 - woke up today with more nausea than usual - feel full very quickly so not eaten much all day - feels that it takes long for food to go down - little reflux - little sore throat - feel bloated and pain all over abdomen - hear and feel gas rumbling - burping - had diarrhea yesterday but not today - small hiatus hernia - taken rabeprazole, Mylanta, Rennie, Degas and Buscopan forte - wants to know whether to continue buscopan or to go to a Doctor...

History of diarrhea yesterday and other symptoms as you have mentioned indicate that there may be gastroenteritis, not in full clinical form.
Hence consulting a Doctor would help clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of stool in particular as it will indicate whether this is due to bacterial infection which may need a treatment with antibiotic or something like viral which needs symptomatic and supportive treatment. Both the infection give almost similar symptoms and signs, although the bacterial one can show severe problems.
Test of the treatment you have started is good one and continue please.
Adding something like Domperidone can help you with burping and nausea - needs a prescription.
As discussed above, if your Doctor feels this to be a bacterial infection, he shall give you antibiotic cover.
Add on Probiotics.
Activated charcoal also helps in symptomatic relief.
Buscopan will help only with pain and nothing else and hence you can take it only if there is pain in abdomen.
