Brief Answer:
You can try combination of antidepressants

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query.

If you are a patient of chronic depression, in that case, you need combination of antidepressants. If you did not get sufficient improvement with sertraline only, then either you can be shifted to another antidepressant like venlafaxine or another antidepressant could be added to sertraline like mirtazapine or bupropion or a mood stabilizer like lithium. Rest, you can discuss with your psychiatrist.

In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Brief Answer:
You can try bupropion or mirtazapine

Detailed Answer:
Hi

In bipolar and seizure, we use mood stabilizer like lamotrigine or valproate. You do not need such kind of drugs. You need another antidepressant like bupropion or mirtazapine. These drugs would help you to decrease the symptoms. You can also try some relaxation exercise or life style modification technique. That would keep the drugs dose in balance.

If you have more query, you can ask.
