Brief Answer:
Check for typhoid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Need to know if the abdominal pain is localized or generalized. The symptoms seem to fit in scenario of typhoid. Though this is more common in tropical areas but can also be found elsewhere. Kindly get checked with typhidot or widal test. It is better to drink cleaner water and hygienic food to avoid such type of infections.

If it is a localized pain i.e he is pinpointing the pain to a particular region then examination by a surgeon followed by an ultrasound of abdomen will be needed.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Originating from midgut

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Your pain seems originating from midgut. Anatomical causes include appendicitis and intestinal obstruction. Otherwise infection and acidity can cause these symptoms.

Kindly get checked for infection and take appropriate precautions to avoid GI infections. Avoid excessive/unnecessary antibiotics, probiotics and yogurt.

Brief Answer:
Please upload reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Kindly upload all your reports so that I am better able to help.

Constipation can mean obstruction at some level. A surgeon will be better able to help in such a case.
