Brief Answer:
Related to anxiety and panic.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you are having are due to stress and anxiety. Since you were feeling better with the prescribed medicines it is best to continue these and start doing relaxation exercises to decrease the anxiety levels. Decrease your caffeine intake.
You can also add methylcobalamin supplements after consulting with your orthopedician to help with these symptoms. Doing regular neck isometric exercises will also help.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
