Brief Answer:
You could be having a respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details. It seems that you could be having a bacterial infection in your chest. This is perhaps the cause of the phlegm and would cause the WBC count to be raised. However, in case of bacterial infection the neutrophil count would be raised and if that is the case, treatment with antibiotics would be recommended. In any case, I would suggest you to take steam inhalation as it would be helpful. Water in the form of vapour will reach deep inside and would dilute the phlegm.
For your gastric problem I would suggest small but frequent meals. Take plenty of fibre rich diet and exercise regularly.
Hope that helps.

Brief Answer:
Low thyroid hormonal levels could give rise to tiredness.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Let me assure that the mentioned findings are not related to cancer. However, a regular checkup and a healthy lifestyle should be enough to assure you that cancer does not develop or that it is not missed out. If detected in the early stages, cancer is fully curable.
Gastric problems will not directly give rise to tiredness. I would suggest you to get your thyroid profile checked as thyroid hormones control the metabolism.

Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation would provide relief.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
I undertand your concerns. I assume that a chest X ray has been done. Unless the chest X ray reveals any unexplained mass, you need not worry about cancer. Under normal conditions the respiratory secretions get drained and we are not even aware of it. But sometimes when it becomes drier, it becomes cough or phlegm and it has to be coughed out forcibly. When it is even drier, nothing comes out even on coughing. That seems to be your case and the chest could still be clear. Steam inhalation would provide relief. The water in the form of vapor will reach deep inside and would gradually dilute this cough and would provide relief.

Get a chest X ray done.

I would suggest you to get a chest X ray - PA and lateral done. I think that could relieve you from your worries.
