Brief Answer:
Weight reduction advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
This PCOD problem will worsen with increase in weight and can get cured with weight loss to much extent.
So in my opinion join some exercise schedule at a gym or yoga centre and at the same time follow a strict diet plan avoiding as much calories as possible.
Weight is the centre point of these problems.
Femilon pills will help in a short term way and not a permanent solution whereas weight loss will be helpful in maintaining the regularity for long.
Take care

Dr Manisha
