About two months back ,she got red rashes on her body .A small scratch ,even during putting on the cloths ,was leaving red rashes on her body .These rashes appears ,remains for some time and vanishes on its own.
We consulted doctor and she diagnosed it as Urticaria and suggested following medicines:
1) Histafree M , 2) Altarax 25 ,3) Tricort and Tricort injection ( 4 dosages in an interval of week time ).
The rashes have reduced ,however not yet cured permanently .

recently my wife observed secretion from her nipples ,if she squeeze them hard .Even her periods were one week early this time .

We are not sure ,why and what is the secretion .Is it normal or early signs of some disease .Please help

Brief Answer:
Possible dermographism and hyperprolactinemia...explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcare magic
the rashes which you are experiencing even after a mild scratch with even a cloth, can be DERMATOGRAPHIA which is a hypersensitive skin which shows signs of inflammation even on slightest injury or abrasion. This can be consulted with a dermatologist and as she has already been advised anti histaminic and steroids , the incidence is unlikely to be reduced but intensity shall be reduced for sure.

secondly ANOTHER SYMPTOM OF DISCHARGE FROM NIPPLES CAN BE DUE TO INCREASED PROLACTIN SECRETION . This is also known a hyperprolactinemia and needs to be evaluated with serum prolactin levels and also a mir brain TO RULE OUT ANY Micro-prolactinomas in the pituitary gland. Once ruled out , then the woman can be placed on dopamine agonists like bromocryptine tabs thrice a week for 3 weeks to reduce the prolactin levels.
It is suggested that you get your hormonal profile done first and a skin-pathergy test for dermographism and review with reports.
