Brief Answer:
weight reduction is very important

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
Iam happy to know that you dont have any thyroid problem.
The delayed period with negative pregnancy test is seen in PCOD,overweight or obesity, thyroid abnormalities or stress.
In my opinion PCOD is diagnosed by 3 criteria:-
1)Ultrasound showing the polycystic appearance of ovaries.
2)History of irregular cycles
3)Hirsutism features like excess hair growth on face, chin etc.
According to your height the appropriate weight is 60 kg.
So weight reduction is the first abd most important thing in PCOD.
Even 10% of weight loss also can make your cycles regular.
So adapt healthy lifestyle like exercise daily and take healthy nutritional diet.
Avoid junk and high calorie food.Avoid stress if any.
As the pregnancy test is negative you might need medicine for withdrawal bleeding. So consult doctor.Meprate or primolutN is given for onset of periods.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
