Question: Hi, I have lost 4 kgs of weight in last 1 year. My appetite has also become low. My diabetes and thyroid levels are normal. Kindly suggest.

Losing 4 kg in 12 months is not counted as significant weight loss. It could be due to your lifestyle where you are not consuming enough food for the amount of work you do. However if you want to get yourself evaluated I recommend the following

1. Chest x ray
2. Endoscopy and colonoscopy
3. Peripheral smear
4. Complete blood count
5. Vit b12 and folic acid levels
