Brief Answer:
Might not be spongiousum.

Detailed Answer:
good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

The spongiousum is a vascular structure and lacks the sensory capabiity to feel a feeling of itchiness. I would presume that the itchiness could be a couple of things. first would be a urinary tract infection (UTI) and could be confirmed by doing a urinalysis. If wbc or pus cells are present then you may need an antibiotic.

another condition and more common would be a fungal infection in the penile skin. These are whitish to reddish discolorations and are always itchy. Anti fungal cream can be applied to cure the illness. Keep the area dry at all times and use a mild soap to not further aggravate the condition.

I don't think it's fungal infection because there is no whitish to reddish discolorations appear. what doctor should I find? A doctor in urology area? And is UTI a serious disease?

Brief Answer:
Urologist is the doctor you need.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you very much for your follow up question.

If there is no visible lesion then a fungal infection is unlikely.

UTI is not a serious disease and is easily curable with common antibiotics and usually doesnt have permanent sequela.

Yes urologist in your area would be able to help you. He will be able to do a complete physical examination and tell you if something is wrong with you.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Please get urinalysis first

Detailed Answer:
anti inflammatory may help relieve the symptoms but i would first get a urinalysis to sure that you dont have an infection before taking anti-inflammatory medicines.
